We recently got a really good look at the Fisher-Price Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX with Monster Traction.

First Off, What Are The Main Features…….
The Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX is a battery powered ride-on car. It certainly looks like a powerful little ATV but the speed ranges from 2.5-5 mph. There are many safety features incorporated into the Kawasaki KFX which I especially like.
As parents, safety is paramount!
Speed Lockout Feature…….
Although this ride-on vehicle only has a max speed of 5mph, that is still a fairly quick speed for a beginner to master initially, and when you see your son driving it full speed, it is a nippy little thing around the yard.
Having the “Speed Lockout” feature allows you to easily restrict the top speed. So, if your son or daughter is a beginner to electric cars and this is going to be there first one, you can actually restrict the speed and allow them to get used to it gradually.
The Monster Terrain Traction…….
The Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX Monster Traction is designed to mimic a real ATV. It has a twist throttle just like the real thing, and the terrain traction allows this ride-on vehicle to be ridden on most terrains including grass and muddy areas.
This is good feature if you obviously have a smaller yard, you can quite easily take the Kawasaki KFX to the nearest grassy field or park and it will handle the terrain easy enough.
The Kawasaki KFX won’t get stuck where other ride on cars do!
Two Speeds Forward…….
The Kawasaki KFX has a 12v battery and allows 2 speeds forward. One being 2.5 mph and the other being 5 mph. Again, as mentioned, this can be locked out (restricted) too for beginners. It also features reverse too, so no issues with getting stuck and having to lift and turn around the car yourself.
Detailed Styling and Design……
The Fisher Price Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX has been designed with a real ATV in mind. The styling is really nice and it straight away draws the child in, because it looks and drives like a real ATV. My son loved this, and as mentioned above. When I take him around to my friends he makes a beeline straight for it.
What Is Included With It?
- 12v Battery & Charger
With the Kawasaki KFX you also get the 12v battery and charger included. The vehicle will need charging once you get it, but once charged, it is ready to go. The charge holds well too!
So, How Much Should You Be Paying For This?
Prices for the Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX Monster Traction range from around $180-$230 online. You shouldn’t be paying more than $200 for this though. Currently from my research, Amazon have the best deal by a long way as they offer FREE delivery currently, which does save you quite a bit of money.

Any Complaints Or Issues?
I haven’t found any issues to report in relation to the Power Wheels Kawasaki KFX other than a minor issue of having to do a little simple assembling first. The car will need simple assembling once bought. However, this is simple and there are full instructions on how to do this included.
My friend in particular never had an issue and had it assembled in 20 minutes. It is simple assembly, not technical. Don’t worry; you don’t need to be a mechanic!

The best deal for the Kawasaki KFX is currently on Amazon. They price this at the lower end, and currently have a FREE delivery option, so you save a small fortune on this. Delivery/Shipping costs can be expensive, so with this option, and the great Amazon price, it is the best deal online.
